Questions about orders
You can cancel your order before receiving the confirmation mail. Once an order is confirmed you can return the products at no cost and you will be credited the total amount paid.

Questions about payments
At the moment only payment by PayPal or bank transfer is possible.
Questions about delivery
Enter your tracking code here. If you don't find your tracking code, send us your order number at b2b@vitapur.com.
Questions about returns
Damaged items can be refunded or replaced. Please contact us.
We allow products to be returned up to 14 days after receiving the order. We accept returns if they are still in the original packaging with the tags attached. Vitapur does not accept products that are broken, used, or damaged. Products that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the buyer.
The shipping costs of your return are on your own account and cannot be credited, except in the case of products with warranty.
For the products that are custom made we do not accept returns.
