The quilted classic Svilanit Tornado R pillow provides excellent universal neck support in all sleeping positions. The combination of cotton and fluffy ball fibres has been specially created for every skin type, even the most sensitive skin. We recommend this pillow for people with respiratory problems and allergies, as its composition allows for optimal anti-allergenic maintenance. The pillow has a removable quilted cover that allows for more frequent cleaning. Quick and easy to maintain at 95 °C.

Delivery

Once the order payment is received you will receive the tracking number to your email address. We ensure 3-5 day delivery Europe-wide, excluding islands for LTL (less than truckload) orders. For larger orders we will provide you with an exact shipping plan.

Returns

We allow products to be returned up to 14 days after receiving the order. We accept returns if they are still in the original packaging with the tags attached. Svilanit does not accept products that are broken, used, or damaged. Products that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the buyer.

The shipping costs of your return are on your own account and cannot be credited, except in the case of products with warranty.

Custom made products are not eligible for returns.
