Delivery

Once the order payment is received you will receive the tracking number to your email address. We ensure 3-5 day delivery Europe-wide, excluding islands for LTL (less than truckload) orders. For larger orders we will provide you with an exact shipping plan.

Returns

We allow products to be returned up to 14 days after receiving the order. We accept returns if they are still in the original packaging with the tags attached. Vitapur does not accept products that are broken, used, or damaged. Products that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the buyer.

The shipping costs of your return are on your own account and cannot be credited, except in the case of products with warranty.
